Denas Secretarial Services, DSS, was founded by Dena Aranzamendi in 1993 located in Fort Myers Florida.  Then a small answering service with a dream of being the "BEST ANSWER" for her clients customers.  Today Denas Secretarial has endured and become a medium sized Call Center with local and national clients, many of our clients have been with us since the humble beginnings.


Today our call center employs state of the art telecomunications software and hardware provided by industry leader AMTELCO. DSS is a leading provider of strategic, inbound call management solutions for small to large companies.  Our experience with over 30 years in the industry, our dedication to treat your calls with the utmost curteousy and expediency.  We are eager to connect all of your  callers to you via your exact specification...thats what sets us apart.  Your customers are our 1st priority!

Denas Secretarial Service now has a prescense in Denver Colorado and we are extremely proud to be in what is known as the Mile High City.  Our headquarters remain in Fort Myers Fl.


Now with several national accounts DSS leverages the AMTELCO technology to give our clients the very best no matter where they are located.  And DSS also employs a redundant back up plan with both locations so that in a disaster such as a Hurricane or other natural disasters either location can continue taking your calls!  This minimizes your companys down time if at all during a time of disaster in your area.  We proved ourselves to our clients during Hurricane Irma which hit FL really hard in 2018.
